Dragon and elephant dance farewell to the old year, forging a journey with unity and determination. The year 2023 has come to a successful end. In this year, Ruixiang Agriculture has overcome difficulties in the face of wind and rain, lit up its glory in vigorous work, and achieved excellent results in the continuous efforts of company leaders and all colleagues. We have ushered in the era of opportunities and challenges in 2024. In the new year, all members of Ruixiang Agriculture will also strive to set sail and achieve great success.
At the beginning of the new year, from January 10th to 11th, 2024, Ruixiang Agriculture held an annual meeting for its employees at the main auditorium of Meishan. The meeting focused on the theme of “Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves with the Auspicious Image”. All employees gathered together to summarize the past, look forward to the future, commend excellence, gather consensus on development, gather the strength to strive forward, and play the prelude to the new year in the passage of time.
The meeting slowly kicked off with a brilliant speech by Mr. Lei Lin, the chairman of the group. Lei Dong analyzed the difficulties in carrying out work after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2023, and affirmed the outstanding contributions made by all employees of Ruixiang Agriculture to the company’s development in the past year. The speech was only ten minutes long, but every sentence was full of profound meaning, which benefited the attendees a lot.
The journey and glory of 2023 are in the past, and the challenges and opportunities of 2024 are about to begin.
In the new year, Ruixiang Agriculture will explore and innovate, keep up with the times, and write a new chapter with a new posture and pace.
